If you are selling on behalf of a relative or friend, we require that you get an authorization letter (i.e., Power of attorney (POA) attested by the notary public of UAE; overseas power of attorney must be legalized) from the vehicle's registered owner. The payment and transaction details must match the owner's name on the vehicle's title. We also need a government-issued ID of the owner and the person selling the car on their behalf.

To sell a company car, the following documents are required at the appointment:
• An authorization sale letter in Arabic signed and stamped by the company's authorized signatory on the corporate letterhead.
