Can I trade in a car with outstanding finance?

Yes. Request a current settlement letter from your bank; the settlement amount is deducted from the agreed trade-in value and we handle the paperwork with the bank as part of the process.

How long is a trade-in valuation valid?

A valuation is normally valid for 72 hours, subject to no material changes to the vehicle.

Can I trade in a vehicle that is not in perfect condition?

Yes — bring it in for assessment. Condition affects the valuation, and final acceptance and value are confirmed only after inspection.

Do you offer home inspection, and when can I use my trade-in value?

Home inspection can be arranged across the UAE, subject to location and scheduling — or visit our Sharjah showroom. Once the inspection is complete, the offer accepted, and any settlement and documents finalized, the trade-in value can be applied toward an eligible vehicle from our inventory.
